GROUP INFORMATION SUBMISSION

To submit your group information you must complete all of the fields below.  If you are not a member of a group, but  desires to be listed on this site, complete as much of the information that  relates to you. 

The fee for posting your information is $50.00 per year if paid online, or $65.00 per year paid by money order or cashier's check (no personal checks) mailed to our corporate office.  The money order or cashier's check should be made payable to Soteria Distribution, Inc.  The mailing address for Soteria is Post Office Box 25567, Columbia, SC  29224.

Your group's information is posted within three (3) days after receipt of the information and payment.  We encourage you to send the information by using the form below and paying online.  It is cheaper for you and is much more expedient. 

If you are paying online, you must post your payment first and then submit the form below.  Otherwise send the payment and information about your group to our corporate office.
